The second was constructed by sjade1. One year ago, if you had made this
wall first well then you would've submitted it before her.
There are alot of "coincidences" in your wall that resembles hers, too much to be exact.

You have to understand that by "our" standards it's not being accepted.
Not saying anything against your art personally but that it doesn't fit the requirement
to stay for us.
And everything said doesn't always apply to your wall, it's a set that goes
with each deletion reason. The wall's quality is bad, the image is not set nicely in
the wall. She's very jagged all around, the background is very simple in terms
of how everything is placed. You can't say theres alot to look at cause really there isn't,
it's all placed in a odd way. Doesn't really correspond with her either.My advice, since your a fellow original artist is to either submit
your art as Indy Arts or learn to vector them/give them better quality.Like -

to work in that bg space and keep them in high quality as well.Please don't think this is a attack or anything, I just want to help
you as much as possible to share your work with us.
Unfortunately how it is now is just not good quality for us to keep it here,
please understand this and try a new method to making them into wallpapers. =) -
Seems to be a nice start...anatomy wise.
I'd say try practicing more, look at other images to help
and remember that hard work pays off in art. For a mouse thats very good,
alot of people can't do that so be proud and don't bully your sketches ^^

Hrm...have you tried extracting? cause cleaning up manga pages
and slapping on some texture or brushes isn't really doing much, it would be
considered low effort and then be deleted for that.
I'd recommend you look into extracting anime images, with nice quality...

If you don't trust your vectoring skills than you can ask for a vector artist to do a scan for you
and then use that ^^
Also try using variety in your walls, the same composition as in the red
with brushes all around is boring and also considered low effort. Explore more and have fun with your imagination :3 -
The extraction is very poor, you'd have to really work on it if you want to submit it.
That stroke on the image also doesn't help the extraction issues just brings it out more.
Try not to over do it on brushes, it's too crowded and actually the brushes don't really match the scene
going on.
It's a scan more suitable for a scenic bg rather than abstract, so my advice
would be to most likely use a stock if you can't vector a bg and want some help on it.
Clean up the scan more, try extracting it again or just vector it and either use a stock
or make a bg yourself to fit the scan more ^^

Could you perhaps give a link to it then?
Cause it looked awfully jagged, both did and it's a bit weird
for it to be only a server issue on only your stuff.
Give us a link and lets see if it's the same as before.
